Component Testing

SAITL performs a range of composition and chemistry based analysis of milk samples. Some of the tests we undertake, and their methods, are listed below:

All current testing is carried out according to SAITL's operating procedures ensuring they meet method requirements of IDF, NZTM, NZFSA and our IANZ Accreditation.
